At this point, all that we may provide is a price range per your media specifications.
In order for us to provide you with an accurate price quotation, we will need your
media in-house to have it go through our engineer assessment. Once assessed, we
will contact you with a detailed report as well as an accurate price quotation.
Data Recovery Services has a "No Data, No Recovery Fee" policy.
If you would like
to move forward with the evaluation/recovery, please drop off
your media at our local office or prepare your media for shipping
(shipping information provided below).
Please note that if your media is a hard drive, we only require that you send your
hard drive and not the full system (RAID systems excluded - system controller card
or full server set-up may be required).
Securely wrap media in anti-static bubble wrap or anti-static foam wrap. Place wrapped
storage media in a box filled with some type of foam/peanuts or bubble wrap. Seal
box securely.
Please ship your storage media via a traceable carrier that can provide you with
a proof of delivery if necessary (i.e., FedEx, DHL, UPS, Airborne Express,)
